A Yes2Win ID works like a username for each player. On the Yes2Win platform, each ID can only be used once, and once created, it cannot be changed.
What is the format for registering an ID?
The last three characters of the ID cannot be entirely numeric. The first character must start with a letter (a–z), and the ID must be between 6 and 15 characters long.
Examples of valid and invalid IDs:

Yes2Win Top-Up / Withdrawal FAQ
Top-up requests may be rejected due to the following reasons:
- Receipt is not clear.
- Time/date/transfer amount/bank account is not shown on the receipt.
- Reference to the receiver is illegal (e.g. stating: buying goods, stocks, sales... may lead to criminal suspicion).
If your total betting amount is less than 1x of your top-up amount, you won’t be able to withdraw your winnings.
